The methodology is based on learning and acquiring techniques and knowledge for the remodeling of innovative business models. These should be conveyed to your key employees in company-specific workshops. The workshops are based on innovative, professional and proven methods. The following 4 elements form the basis of each workshop and will be worked out for you in detail and individually in the workshops: |

• Analysis and structural development of a digital business model and development of innovative products and services. The process covers everything from generating ideas to drafting a concept, and the participants will be involved and a topic will be introduced. - Lean startup business model.
• Piloting of the digital business model, creation of a prototype of the designed product or service using the minimum requirement method (MVP - Minimum Viable Product) and testing of customer acceptance (Customer Development Method). • Project start for the implementation of the new digital business model and for the spread of the digital transformation to the entire company. Initialization - project management methods. |

WORKSHOPS• The company's degree of digital maturity is determined using a qualified method and the findings are used to identify the digitization potential for new business models. • The design of the new business model and the creation of the associated prototype (product or service) are designed using proven methods. The prototype should contain the minimum requirements of the product or service to be developed. • The business model and the associated prototype are checked and evaluated for marketability and customer acceptance. • The project start of the new digital business model is then set up for implementation. With the experience gained, the necessary structures for implementation and dissemination are set up. |
